Projects are best suited for clients who value thoughtful, well-planned design—whether reworking a space from the ground up or refining it through carefully considered furniture, materials, and layout.

The overall investment depends on the scope of work, level of detail, and the condition of the space. All projects begin with a two-hour consultation at $350, where we establish direction and priorities. A detailed design fee proposal is prepared following the consultation. A more accurate overall project budget—including construction and trades—is typically developed after trade day, once key decisions and site conditions are confirmed. This step-by-step approach ensures that budgets are realistic and aligned with the design from the outset.
